Our Mission
The mission of the University of Alabama Swim and Dive Parent Association is to support and enhance the experiences of our student-athletes, coaches, and program staff through dedicated parent involvement and advocacy. We strive to foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the growth, development, and well-being of every swimmer and diver on the team.
Our Goals

Advocacy and Support: Advocating the needs of our athletes and working collaboratively with coaches and university staff to ensure they have the resources and support necessary to excel.

Community Building: Aiming to create a strong, engaged community among parents, athletes, and coaches, fostering relationships that extend beyond the pool and diving board.

Event Coordination: Organizing and supporting events and activities that enrich the athletic experience, from meets and competitions to team-building activities and fundraisers.

Communication: Facilitating open and effective communication between parents, coaches, and the University, providing timely updates and creating a platform for feedback and discussion.

Sportsmanship and Excellence: Promoting the values of sportsmanship, integrity, and excellence, encouraging our athletes to strive for their personal best while upholding the highest standards of conduct.
Through our collective efforts, we aim to contribute to a successful and fulfilling Parents Association that supports both the academic and athletic achievements of our swimmers and divers. Together, we celebrate victories, support challenges, and build a lasting legacy of excellence at the University of Alabama.
